According to a programme on French television, Real Madrid and the former French international Karim Benzema speaks the following,”  He does what he wants, Don’t play with him, brother. He plays against us.”  Karim Benzema allegedly spoke the above mentioned lines to Ferland Mendy regarding Vinicius Junior.

As fas as the game went, the Brazilian youngster, Vinicius Junior was struggling to make an impact against Borussia Monchengladbach and was subbed after 70 minutes by Zinedine Zidane, with Eden Hazard replacing the 20 year old.

The 13 times European champions were trailing 2-0 by the hour mark and somehow managed to salvage a point courtesy of Karim Benzema and a 93rd minute strike from the defensive midfielder Casemiro.

So far no real confirmation has been received from the Real Madrid players. In case the rumours are true, Zinedine Zidane will have to take some quick actions to resolve the issues and bring back the spirit of comradery.
