Earlier this morning reports said, World Cup winner for France National football Team, Paul Pogba quit international football over a comment of France’s President Emmanuel Marcon on Radical Islamic Terrorism.
Reports suggested the 27 years old Pogba, a Muslim practicing man; decided to quit International Football after a statement From the President which stated “Monstrosity of Islamist terrorism must be dealt strongly”.
But hours after anxious news, there was no clarification from France Football or from his agent or from Pogba himself. Football fans were quite upset and divided because of the incident.
But much to relief, the superstar denied every news regarding his retirement. He posted a story on his personal Instagram account and denied the allegations.

On his Instagram story, Paul Pogba slammed the news outlet “The Sun”. He denied all the allegation writing “UNACCEPTABLE | FAKE NEWS”
The event saw a mixed reaction. Some people supported Pogba. But some people also slammed him for the allegations. Pogba is very public and wholeheartedly a Muslim practicing footballer. So people had reasons to believe the news. But he denied everything which caused much tension among the football fans.
